Very pretty view of tromso city
More facilities and would like to see some staff incase something goes wrong or maintenance

The location is great, offering a view of the entire city and being close to the cable car. The room is very quiet, allowing me to rest well. The owner is very kind, providing me with helpful information for a worry-free check-in and allowing me to store my luggage temporarily.
No slippers were provided.
For me as a solo traveler, I would prefer a larger blanket instead of two single ones.

Near Arctic Cathedral and Fjellheisen cable car. Clean. Excellent shower.
No secure place to stow luggage before or after check-in. Only one pillow. No electrical outlet in bathroom, no mirror in bedroom.

This hotel is in a nice quiet location with easy to access the city centre either on foot (20 minutes) or by bus (less than 5 minutes). It's comfortable and there is a shared kitchen so you can self-cater and not spend as much (Norway is expensive!!).
The room was not cleaned during our stay (4 nights).

Ryddig, rent og rolig. Nydelig rom og bad. Kaffe, te og sjokolade gjorde godt etter kansellerte fly. Rask kontakt etter hastebooking. Enkelt å booke. Fin utsikt og god informasjon.

Lage und Zimmer in Tromsdalen waren sehr gut, man konnte zum Fjellheisen Lift laufen und auch gut mit dem Bus in die Stadt fahren, schöner Aufenthalt
Ich bin kein Freund der "digitalen" Schlüsselübergabe, klappt nicht immer gleich und vor allem lernt man die Gastgeber nicht mehr kennen, schade

Good sightseeing and warm place with beautiful decorations. Also can do laundry and cooking. The welcome message really helpful! It is convenient to the cable car.

Villa Havblikk is such a lovely little hotel, it is perfectly located across from the main town so you have great views across the river of the city and also the mountains - and of course it is quiet. And only a few minutes walk from the gondola we used to get up the mountain and were fortunate to see the northern lights there! And it's only 20 mins or so walk over the bridge into town
