The unit itself was clean and comfortable and well-equipped. The unit block was very quiet as was the neighbourhood.Denise was responsive and friendly the couple of times I made contact.And I loved the proximity to One Mile Beach where I enjoyed several delightful sunrises.Also very convenient to shops and Forster main street.It was an enjoyable stay!

Denise is a good host and communicated well. The property is very clean and access from the street is easy (the provided parking space is underneath the property and the stairs up to the street are steep). I found the property listing somewhat different to the reality, mostly in terms of size. The combined bathroom/laundry is very small and the shower and toilet are awkwardly positioned for anyone even slightly above average size. The beds are quite soft but comfortable enough. There is no air conditioning. The kitchen is also small. Be sure to BYO basics including milk as very little is provided.
