We are .2 miles from Island Park reservoir, less than a 5 minute walk. Guests have access to a 3 car heated garage and plenty of on site Parking. Easy year round access. Large covered back patio for guests to enjoy the sunset and sunrise. Sits on nearly 3 acres.
