Excelente atención!!

I loved the location and really liked the Brownstones.

I would have liked a TV in room and a private bathroom with a shower also a lamp in rooms would've been nice. It served the purpose of my trip. Thank you.

Walk up with no floor selection. Freezer but no fridge. Oven but no pots or pans. Sub par microwave with broken handle. No t.v. just WiFi.

A true New York experience. NOT a place for someone with no sense of adventure or who has mobility issues. Ya gotta be in shape to tackle this place, .a beat up old brownstone. WAY overpriced, even for New York. But it was the least expensive thing I could find for one night in Harlem, which seems an especially expensive part of the city. Risers of the steep, narrow stairs slant to the side, making the stairs especially hard to climb with luggage. Room was very small with minimal amenities. A set of dishes and silverware were in the room, but I didn't use them. Who knows if they were washed? I only use sealed cups and silverware in any place I stay. Passably clean, bed okay, hot water in the shower, a/c worked, and it was extremely quiet. I was the only occupant on the top floor, which made it much easier to function on my own up there. When others are present, I doubt if it would be that quiet. Bathroom and shower are shared and were clean. This is one of those places that sends you the instructions for entry by email the day before the reservation. If you are traveling without reliable access to email, as I was, staying here may not work. But, when I couldn't get in because I hadn't seen the instructions, I appreciated the fact that someone answered the phone number given with my reservation. I got through to a live person on the first try and he promptly sent someone out to the sidewalk to meet me and get me the keys, which were attached with a combinations lock on the railing outside the front door..
