I felt taken care of the entire time I was there. Mina the owner and staff really went above and beyond to make me feel taken care of. As soon as I booked, owner called me and sent me info. Mercy was awesome. The place was amazing. Will come back next month. Wifi was strong so I was able to teach online.
Here are the things I appreciated:
1. Gated property - so I felt that my motorcycle was safely parked overnight. They also have 2 lovely doggos.
2. Clean and spacious bathroom with hand towel, dishwashing liquid, strong water pressure, bidet, body soap, shampoo, hot and cold water.
3. Free hot and cold water in my room with free tea and coffee
4. Fresh bathroom towels - not overused but new and fresh
5. Very comfortable bed with 4 pillows and a blanket
6. Nice pool with beautiful view, garden, lots of nature and breathing spaces
7. Good breakfast - I ordered only the garden omelette each time with extra rice
8. Strong Starlink wifi all over the property
Best of all - Communication between me and the owner/staff. They were very responsive. I tried messaging other resorts but I never got a response. So as soon as I received emails and text messages from them, I knew I chose the right resort.
Thank you Ma'am Mina for assisting me on Day 1. Please update the directions to include the newly built wall because it was missing in the email/text. But I really appreciate your hands-on approach. Thank you Mercy and your husband for looking after me. I appreciate it. Looking forward to seeing you again soon!
The instructions going to the property should have included this one important detail: "After taking a right turn from the main road, you'll see a newly built wall on your left. Take the limestone road on the left side of the wall and follow the path that leads to the resort."

The pool and garden were fantastic to spend afternoon at. The location was really good for getting to Santiago where there were bars and restaurants.
There were no drinks at the property even though it said in the welcome book there was.
