Location, cleanliness, well equipped & the one of the hosts was there to show us round on arrival
By day 3 & through no fault of our own, we had a broken sun-lounger. We messaged the host who said someone would be round to replace it but no-one ever came. We were also concerned we'd lose our deposit over this issue so we eventually had to go back to the main office to resolve the issue. A slight inconvenience on our holiday that could've been avoided with more communication.

Endroit calme.
