Volvimos un año mas a Calpe dado que nos encantó, y como también nos gustó la ubicación, buscamos también sitio en el mismo edificio.
En este caso, estuvimos en la planta 8 pero el apartamento era prácticamente igual.
Renovado, cómodo, luminoso, con aire acondicionado y magníficas vistas.
Por poner un pero, que tampoco es un problema en absoluto, la distribución del parking es un tanto particular. ¡Solo para conductores con pericia!

I liked most of things at the apartment. The balcony, the appliances, the utensils, etc. Obviously the location and the view that was amazing. The mattresses were new and very comfy.
When we had issues they responded well and quickly.
I did not like the maintenance state as there were a few things in bad working order. For example, the basin drain was blocked and not draining, the beds were broken, there was no vacuum cleaner. It was not very clean.

Excelente ubicación, a menos de 5 minutos de la playa. Cerca del pueblo.
A 5 minutos de una zona con muchos restaurantes.
Piso tranquilo y comunidad tranquila.
La piscina estaba super limpia.
Las sábanas con mucho uso, algunas tenían pelotillas.

Electrics tripped if too many devices used (I.e the oven with hobs and air con unit)
