Very neat! Well equipped room, comfortable and cosy
Small space, soap container in the shower was dropping all the time a puddle of soap on the floor. Very slippery and dangerous. Must be fixed asap

The room was very clean and well presented, and the bed was comfortable. It felt like care had been taken with the room overall, and the shower looked modern and nicely finished, although I didn’t use it during my stay.
For an independent guest house, it had a pleasant and homely feel and the main things you want from an overnight stay were absolutely fine.
There were just a few practical things that could be improved.
The parking instructions were a little unclear, particularly the reference to parking “in the school”, and the driveway was already full when I arrived, so a bit more detail beforehand would have been helpful.
The WiFi was quite unreliable and kept dropping out during the stay.
The stairs are very steep and the ceiling is low in places, which wasn’t a major problem for me but is worth being aware of if you’re tall, carrying luggage or have any mobility difficulties.
There were four plug sockets next to the bed, but only one seemed to be working.
I also had an issue with the TV volume not working at first. I eventually managed to get it working after rebooting the TV several times.
Overall, though, the room itself was clean and comfortable and these were mostly smaller practical issues rather than anything that spoiled the stay completely.

The bathroom attached to room 5 was very cold. The bathroom mat was dirty.
The bed was very comfortable

Good location, good process for check in and room had required amenities.
Bathroom was dirty with water from shower not running away due to clogs in the water escape. Lots of cobwebs in the bathroom indicating lack of cleaning. Toilet bowl not cleaned. Bedding smelled badly to the extent it woke me up in the night
