The kitchen facility, only couldn't find a scissor and chopping board. otherwise outstanding. the room was well equipped, missed a hair dryer. was basic but very good. most important is the 24 hours availability of staff on phone in case of any help needed. that was exceptional. we tried to enter the property after 10 PM and front door code wasn't working and upon calling they guided us to use the other door.
the oom was getting stuffy with higher temperature as it lacked window outlet. few girls next door were very loud on Friday night.

We stayed here for five days as a family and had a very comfortable stay. The room was spacious enough for us, the property was clean, and having parking available was very convenient. Overall, it was a pleasant and practical place to stay in Cambridge, especially for a family visit.
The single beds were quite uncomfortable, although the double bed was fine. The toilet was also very small, which made it a little inconvenient.

Cleanliness, specious room, well functional kitchen, washing machine, very very large & open space for drying clothes with huge hanger. Courteous & helpful caretaker Mr Vasantha who originally from Sri Lanka.
We booked for 4 adults & one 13 year old child. But the room has only 4 beds

At first we thought that we had found a little gem with parking located at the property and not far from the town centre. Bedding was clean as were the fluffy towels - bed linen was clean. Although the bed was broken we slept well.
Grubby walls, dirty chair, curtains hanging from rail, broken bed - had we arrived during the day we would not have stayed. Such a shame as it would take a lot of money or time to put it right.
