Comfortable beds and clean bedding and quiet at night. Everything you might need for your stay is already there Communication with the host was excellent and also with the person who met me to provide access and show me around the apartment. Checkout couldn't have been simpler and clear instructions were provided regarding bins and recycling.
There were useful food items in the cupboard (oil, seasonings, tea coffee) and cleaning supplies (laundry and dishwasher pods, fairy liquid etc).
Although we didn't use it, there is a bus stop just a few yards away and a stop for the famous tram 28 just 5 minutes away, up a short steep side street. There are restaurants and small supermarkets very close by, a bakery almost opposite the apartment and a small shop that sold fresh fruit and veg just a few yards down the road.
The second bedroom is very tight (though plenty of space for clothes to hang and to stow travel bags ) with only inches of space down either side of the bed, and the shower room for that bedroom is also very compact. Its ok for a slim to average sized person but it may not work for larger folks. The bed is large and comfortable though.

Great location just 3 mins walk from iconic Tram 28, as well as shops, cafes, restaurants and supermarkets; lovely local bakery opposite and excellent family run cafe 2 doors away. Really good value for 4 people. Well equipped for doing your own cooking, too.
On the ground floor so it's great there're no stairs but neither is there one's own outside space nor views.

Graça means Grace, and in our further impression - home. 🩵 This place really has a soul, it is both comfy and modern. The level of comfort and privacy one can have in this place is immense. Two separated rooms with bathrooms, and shared living space was the perfect choice for us.
Nothing to mention regarding the property. We noticed that some streets of the city in general can be uncomfortable for two ladies walking alone, but that doesn't stand for the street of the apartment where we stayed. Very positive impression.
