Appartement spacieux, bien équipé, bien placé (nous allions visiter la ville à pied, et rentrions en Uber pour 5€). Notre séjour a été agréable .
Cuisine bien équipée; beaucoup de rangement dans la chambre .
Quartier avec commerce et transports à deux pas
Le parking: j’aurais aimé avoir plus d’informations en amont pour m’aider à me garer. La rue le long des fenêtres est payante de 9h à 19h, du lundi au vendredi. Un parking Emel à proximité, visiblement la journée n’y est pas excessive mais je n’ai pas réussi à être sure des prix et je ne sais pas si on peut laisser sa voiture plusieurs jours d’affilé. Quand on vient en voiture, avoir ces détails en amont aiderait beaucoup !
En août, pour avoir de la fraîcheur le soir, il fallait ouvrir toutes les fenêtres et volets, et nous étions donc « en vitrine » (pas de rideaux ni de brise vue). Pas de climatisation, et une tour ventilateur très bruyante.
Il fallait dormir les fenêtres ouvertes (volets fermés ) avec le bruit de la rue.
Le canapé lit n’est pas un vrai lit. C’est le canapé qui se met à plat, pas trop confortable.

L'emplacement était parfait, un peu bruyant dans la rue. L'appartement était très propre, avec tout le nécessaire pour un séjour de 3jours (serviettes, sèche cheveux, shampooing,...) Les lits étaient préparés. Parfait

The apartment itself and its overall cleanliness were lovely
The space lacks curtains, and because all windows are almost at street level, keeping the window blinds open, makes it feel like you are right outside on the street. Additionally, while clothes drying hangers are provided, there is no place available to hang them on, nor is there an iron board. Compounding these amenity issues, owner double booked the last night, and despite having a confirmed agreement in writing weeks in advance, the host failed to honor it at the last minute. Handling this shortfall left us scrambling for alternative accommodations on during our stay, without support or accountability from the host. While the property has nice features, future guests should keep these practical and booking risks in mind.
