Peaceful with a great location
Couple of small maintenance issues like leaky faucet but host is on it to repair.

Not a pleasant stay.
Easy and quiet location.
We arrived at the property late in the evening and prepared for bed. As we were getting settled, we discovered that one of the sinks in the master bathroom has significant issues — the faucet is cracked and sprays water out the back, and the sink does not drain properly.
The next morning, we had a full schedule but needed to prepare breakfast first. Unfortunately, the kitchen and dining areas were not clean. The dishes, countertops, and dining room table were filthy and sticky, and the floors had crumbs throughout. Before we could even think about eating, my husband and I had to clean and tidy the kitchen and dining area ourselves. We were on a tight schedule and did not have time to stop and document everything with photos.
On the second morning, the shower in the master bathroom drained very slowly, causing us to stand in dirty, backed-up water while showering. A photo is included.
Due to our schedule, we did not spend much time at the rental, but when we did, we found the dining room chairs extremely uncomfortable — like sitting on boards with minimal padding. The couch was also uncomfortable and appears worn and to be falling apart.
Additionally, while the listing does disclose the presence and locations of cameras, we noticed that one camera on the back patio is positioned directly toward the kitchen window. Although disclosed, the placement felt intrusive and uncomfortable, as it points directly into a primary living space. We ended up keeping the blinds closed for privacy, which diminished our ability to enjoy the space fully.
Overall, the cleanliness, maintenance issues, and privacy concerns did not meet reasonable expectations. We should have been able to arrive without worrying about basic cleanliness or feeling the need to document deficiencies. We were there to enjoy our time in Arizona despite having a full schedule, and this experience fell short of what was represented and expected.
