About this house rental

Located in Round Hill Village, this charming house for $452 per night is a great option for your next vacation. VHR Permit #DSTR0942P Occupancy Rules: We do not want parties here at all, noise will not be tolerated. *Min age to rent any property is 25. *Per county rules: Weddings are NOT allowed of any kind or size, on the property or at the house. You will be shut down immediately and will lose the security deposit and will be subject to more fines. *You are only allowed 10 persons at any time at the house. This includes any diners or gatherings you may have. *Please help us to keep our home a vacation rental. NOISE ORDINANCE 9pm to 8am DAILY and is very strict in this neighborhood. * Fireworks, wood fire pits, and charcoal BBQ's are illegal in the Lake Tahoe Basin. *Parking: 4 cars allowed at house at any time. There is no street parking per county and fire safety rules. Pursuant to DCC 20.622.040 (D) (6) Failure to park in the designated parking spaces and/or display the parking permit may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the responsible party or person of the vehicle. You must display the parking pass in both vehicles during your stay. They are located in the rental house. *Please be prepared for winter driving conditions as we are above 7k feet in elevation, and we do get snow. This is an amazing lodge for extended family members. Close to downtown for winter and summer. The back yard is a great hangout spot (no fires at all even charcoal BBQ's) The hot tub is ground level in the back yard and there is a fun hangout spot to enjoy the out doors of Tahoe. This house is at the end of the road and you have access to the forest and walking trails right there! You enter into the top level of this 2 story house to the kitchen, living room, bedroom 1- with a twin over twin bunk, bedroom 2- with a twin over twin bunk, bedroom 3- with a king and private bathroom. There is a full shared bathroom in the hallway. You will have access to the 2 car garage for parking and there is access into the house from the garage. The washer and dryer are in the garage. Down from the top level you will find the amazing bar and game room, you can access the back yard from here also! No we don't provide any drinks. The bottles you see in the picture are for decoration only. On this level you will find bedroom 4- with a queen and bedroom 5- with a king and private full bathroom. You can access the back yard from bedroom 5 also. There is a full shared bathroom and another set of washer and dryer in the hallway. This house is no smoking, no camp fires. There is AC upstairs

Everything was great, but cleanliness. We found somone's hair on the bed, socks under the bed and trash under the table in playroom.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A wonderful experience for my family and I. Magical location and very convenient for all the amenities.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place is 2 stories. House was not cleaned well when I arrived. Property mentioned showed up at 8am with no warning or call. The pool table balls were lost so we had to look around some under furniture others in the bar. There was a family emergency and we tried contacting the property mgnt and it took a while for them to respond with basically no compassion and said it's our problem so nothing they would do. There are no extra towels even tho there is a spa and your expected to wash them yourself if you need them. Shower in main bath sprays water all over. And is extremely small. Nothing is updated except the lights. The only thing going for the house here is the size. You will have to drive everywhere to do anything since it is not close enough to walk.

I stayed here with my family and everyone loved everything about this house. I found this place last minute on Vrbo and I’m so glad I chose this one because the location was perfect and the pictures doesn't do this house justice. We would definitely book with World Class Property Management again. Communication and check in process with them was so smooth. We also appreciated them accommodating an early check in even though we ended up getting stuck in traffic. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend to everyone.

We had a great time. The location made it easy to get to the downtown area. The game room provided so much fun for everyone. I enjoyed the trails near the house too!
