This property was fantastic in almost every way. The house is large and has tons of character and all 12 of us had a wonderful experience for 6 days. The pool and outdoor areas were perfect, all larger and nicer than we expected and we spent hours at the end of each day by the pool or in the pool.It is nicely located down the street from a few good restaurants and a good coffee shop and a short drive to some great vineyards and Healdsburg.Joe, the host, was great and responded immediately and fully to any questions I had. Would stay here again with a large group in a heartbeat!

We were a party of 14, for my father’s 90th birthday. House was big enough for all of us to hang out but also separate when we wanted space. The property is beautiful and well maintained. Location was great for dinner or food downtown and very close to Healdsburg. Joe was an amazing hosts. Very response.

This place is amazing. Joseph was very responsive before and during the stay, and made it easy for us to enjoy the property. It’s hard to think of a better spot for large groups or anyone who is celebrating a big milestone.
