Don't worry about sand, there is an enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water and a foot wash station. The home is located directly beside the beach access, and easy walk to the beach. The owner will accept dogs with a $300 non refundable pet fee, per pet. There is a 2 pet maximum per lease. Broadkill Beach is a terrific area for the nature lover, it is not uncommon to see the foxes running through the dunes, truly a bird watchers paradise, and a fisherman's dream. A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $263.20. All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager.
