This 8 bedroom, 4 bath Oceanfront home has 2 Living, 2 Dining, and 2 Kitchen Areas! Perfect for large family gatherings! Decks Ahoy has everything your family wants on your coastal vacation! Enjoy your incredible view from the expansive deck overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Taking a dip in the heated pool will be a necessity after a long day at the beach or just relax in the Hot Tub! You can even enjoy a warm pool from mid April until early October with the stress-free Solar Power Heated technology (Heat temp is dependent on the sun and can NOT be maintained or determined). Ground Level: Your family will enjoy the Den that is fully equipped with a Flat Screen TV, Pool Table, Full Kitchen with a refrigerator, stove and dishwasher. There is direct access to the beach. Walk right out on the covered porch to the Hot Tub, Private Ocean Front Pool and the beach! Bedroom #1 has Queen and shared a Bath; Bedroom #2 has Queen and a shared Bath; Bedroom #3 has 2 Twins and a shared Bath; Bedroom #4 has 2 Twin Bunk sets and a shared Bath. Level One: Main Living Area, Large Dining Area, Full Kitchen with microwave and dishwasher. Bedroom #5 has a King and a shared Bath; Bedroom #6 has a King and a shared Bath; Bedroom #7 has a Queen and a shared Bath; Bedroom #8 has 2 Twins and a shared Bath. Amenities included: 7 Flat Screen TVs, 3 DVD Players, Pool Table, 2 Refrigerators, 2 Stoves, 2 Dishwashers, High Speed Wireless Internet, Charcoal Grill, and High Chair. Solar Heated Swimming Pool. Hot Tub. Central Air and Heat. There is a High-chair Provided. Covered decks with furniture and enclosed Hot and Cold Outside Shower. High Speed Wireless Internet Access! Linens and towels are provided (weekly stays only). Note: Please bring your own crib sheets as they are not provided. No Smoking. Pets Stay Free- No Pet Fee for Your Vacation! (2 Dogs Max) Rents weekly only, from Saturday to Saturday. DOES NOT PARTICIPATE IN ANY INSTANT PROMOTIONS. Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
