Edificio datato con scale ripide e porte strette.
La casa si present in buone condizioni e con tutti i servizi.
Mancano luci da comodino (lettura), posizione, edificio e accesso.

A 5 minuti di macchina dal centro e comoda per raggiungere paesi vicini come Narni. Appartamento ristrutturato bene e ben pulito, fornito con tutto il necessario. Ingresso autonomo con self check-in e check out. Zona periferica con parcheggio comodo vicino alla struttura.
Non è che non mi siano piaciute però ci sono due rampe di scale che possono essere impegnative con bagagli grandi o se non si è molto in forma. Idem ci sono 4 scalini tra zona giorno e bagno.

Ci sono stati problemi per l'apertura del cancello. I proprietari sono prontamente arrivati appena avvisati (10 minuti). Giunti a casa mi hanno lasciato le chiavi. La casa era fredda (12°) e ho chiesto se potessi gestire il termostato, mi è stato risposto che lo avrebbero gestito da remoto (infatti era bloccato). Il termosifone non è stato acceso più del dovuto né in termine di gradi né in termini di tempo e ne è risultato che la casa nel pomeriggio e nella notte non ha mai superato i 15° (come i proprietari sanno avendone il controllo da remoto). Questo ha reso il soggiorno davvero poco ospitale.
