L'appartamento si trova all' ultimo piano di uno stabile dentro al borgo. Gli spazi sono vivibili, ci sono tutti i gadget del caso. (Frigo e congelatore grande, lavatrice, lavastoviglie, tostapane, bollitore, macchina del caffè, tv, phon)
Ill bagno e la stanza sono grandi e spaziosi! Il parcheggio fuori dalle mura è abbastanza comodo una volta che si circumnaviga il borgo fino ad arrivare 'vicino' all'apppartamento. In questo modo si fa solo una rampa di scale e 3 minuti a piedi per raggiungere lo stabile!
Check in e check out no contact, quindi questo permette arrivo e partenza all'orario che si preferisce (rispettando le regole di check in e check out della struttura)
Purtroppo non c'è il condizionatore, ma solo i ventilatori (in cucina e in camera) e quindi con il caldo a zona ternana probabilmente non risceglierei questa struttura in periodo estivo

L'appartamento è dotato di tutto ciò che può servire per la colazione. La posizione è ottima, vicino a un parcheggio gratuito e in una zona molto tranquilla e silenziosa.

It was a really nice stay, and as a digital nomad I would say that the owner is definitely on the right track with the concept. Fresh, spacious and comfortable accommodation with high quality appliances makes the difference. Location is very quiet yet close to the services by car, and the view from the window is unbeatable. Kudos!
