Lovely cottage right in the middle of Horsforth
There are a couple of low archways which could do with a mind your head sign and/or a pad/cushion

Literally on Town Street (ignore the google map icon and look for the unpaved road at the junction of Church Lane and Town Street).
Lots of lovely local facilities.
Rented this for some family to visit Horsforth.
House warm, beds generous and comfortable. Table comfortably sat 6 for excellent fish and chips from Kirby’s.
Coffee and tea provided along with sugar and some basic condiments.
Parking right outside the door and a visitor permit too.

Very cosy, lovely sofa and beds. Very homely with homemade marmalade in the kitchen.
It was quite expensive for the area, but we loved everything about the property its self.

The location is great. The rooms are great, all the facilities you could want. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped.
There were three small, but sloppy, tidiness points
1) there was a half eaten packet of Pringles left in a cupboard
2) a dirty towel was left behind a door
3) one bin hadn’t been emptied
It doesn’t take much to go through the cupboards , check the bins and the backs of doors.
