Gezellig en sfeervol ingericht huisje met comfortabele bedden, heerlijke dikke handdoeken. En speciale handdoeken voor naar het 'strand'.
Goed ingerichte keuken met voldoende borden en bestek.
In de tuin met uitzicht op Pico, 2 ligbedden.
Er is een wasmachine en een droger. Na ruim een week elders op reis was het fijn sportkleding en strandlakens te kunnen wassen.
De host gaf ons uitgebreide tips over wat te doen en te zien.

Die Lage war absolut schön, man konnte die Liegestühle auf der Terrasse nutzen oder geschützt unter dem Dach auf der Terrasse sitzen, gemütlich seinen Wein trinken und aufs Meer schauen. Helena, die Gastgeberin ist außerordentlich sympathisch und herzlich und sehr um das Wohlergehen ihrer Gäste bemüht. Man erhält Tipps und Unterstützung und es wird deutlich, dass es ihr ein Anliegen ist, dass ihre Gäste sich wohlfühlen. Wir hatten zum Empfang eine Flasche Wein im Kühlschrank sowie fanden wir Käse, Marmelade und Butter vor. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort übernachten, ein Ort zum Entspannen und Erholen. Restaurants und ein Supermarkt sind auch in der Nähe. Einfach nur schön.

The beautiful house is located directly in the water. We enjoyed our mornings having coffee watching the sun rise over Sao Jorge, rainbows after a rain shower on the mountains, and sunsets to the west.
The house has everything you can need and more. It was immaculately clean, and well appointed. The best part was our wonderful host who was so gracious with her time. You can feel the love Helena has for her house as soon as you book the property. Helene’s was a joy to communicate with, supplied us with amply information and recommendations for the our stay.
We can’t recommend Casa Do Canal enough. Truly a gem in Pico!

Sehr ruhig gelegen, direkter Blick auf das Wasser / Hafen , gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes ursprüngliches Lavasteinhäuschen, was es an nichts fehlen lies. Die Gastgeberin hatte uns zur Begrüßung mit Wein und kleinen Köstlichkeiten der Insel verwöhnt und war stets mit Informationen und Rat zur Seite.
