It was exactly what we needed time away just to relax

Absolute disaster! Electricity out 2 of 4 nights including our anniversary. Received NO refund.

The first two nights when the electricity was on.

We arranged a 5 night stay for our 52nd wedding anniversary. Third and fourth nights power was out. We sat in the dark two nights. Informed property manager we were leaving 1 day early so we didn't need to sit in the dark again. Requested refund for 2 nights without power and 1 night we left early. They made absolutely NO accommodation. Spoiled our anniversary. Highly recommend you avoid this property and Big Bear in general! Requested help from Booking.com-- NO help. If that's not enough to discourage you the property is just so-so and not worth the price.

A peaceful stay in a great location!

What did you like about the property? The cabin was cozy, clean, and well-equipped. The location was perfect — very quiet, surrounded by pine trees, and just a short walk to the lake. We appreciated the spacious deck and comfortable living area.

There was no toaster, and we love having toast in the mornings.

What did you like about the property? The cabin was cozy, clean, and well-equipped. The location was perfect — very quiet, surrounded by pine trees, and just a short walk to the lake. We appreciated the spacious deck and comfortable living area.
