Breakfast was a help yourself / cook your own according to what was in the fridge etc.. More than adequate / sufficient and good quality products. Thank you.
A TV would have been nice - not everyone (as me) would have arrived with things to do, as well as a good new library book to read and it wasn't conveyed to me that the 'TV' in the room was only able to play DVD's. Thank you.

Madeline, gave us a lovely warm welcome and showed us us to our room. The view is spectacular of surrounding countryside. You are sharing the house with the owners and the family and they make you feel like one of the family. The breakfast do it your self style was amazing and left us everything we needed and eggs from their own hens. Although the room has dvd only no live television, you don't need to watch it as the view from your room is all you need and the fresh cup of coffee perfect. Thank you

Breakfast is fine.
Room was not warm enough especially after shower, the heating/radiator is a bit distance.
When you go to kitchenette, as there's another room behind you.
