Ventura Plaja apartments are located just off the longest shopping road of Europe. The accommodation is ideal for a stay in groups and can be rented for up to 6 persons. It has 3 bedrooms, with each twin bed. This cozy spot is fully equipped and got everything you will need during your stay in Barcelona. Please be aware that this apartment is on the fourth floor and there is no lift. This eco apartment is environmentally friendly and aware of its energy footprint. To reduce the amount of energy it uses and promote sustainability, this apartment does not have an AC unit. So please take this into consideration prior to booking. There are 2 bathrooms, of which one is en-suite, and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment got fully renovated in the beginning of 2013. There is free usage of Wifi included in the price. For monthly rental, please take into account that the price excludes utility bills. The bills are approximately 150 eur per month and will be included in the pricing at the end (gas, water, electricity and internet). If more than 150 eur is used in utilities, it will be charged additionally. Hey there!
