Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à Rome dans cet appartement. Tout s'est bien passé dès notre arrivée : la récupération des clés a été très facile et la personne qui nous a accueillis a eu la gentillesse de nous ouvrir l'appartement dès midi pour que nous puissions déposer nos valises et commencer nos visites tranquillement. C'était vraiment très appréciable. L'emplacement est tout simplement génial : l'appartement est idéalement situé à proximité de nombreux sites et monuments qui nous avions prévu de visiter. Nous avons ainsi pu faire beaucoup de choses à pied ce qui est un vrai plus pour découvrir Rome. Un accueil agréable, une arrivée très facile et surtout une situation parfaite pour profiter pleinement de la ville, des restaurants et des bars à proximité.
Quelques points mériteraient d'être précisés ou améliorés. L'appartement se trouve en rez de chaussée et dispose uniquement d'une petite fenêtre en hauteur, de type soupirail. La vue est donc très limitée. Ce point n'était pas clairement précisé dans l'annonce et nous avons été un peu surpris à notre arrivée. Nous avons également constaté une odeur d'humidité assez présente dans l'appartement avec un déshumidificateur à disposition. Malgré ces petits points, nous avons apprécié notre séjour, notamment l'accueil et surtout l'emplacement exceptionnel qui nous a permis de profiter pleinement de Rome.

The location of the apartment is the best you could ask for- surrounded by many great restaurants, shops and bars. there is a very good gelatto place nearby also. The apartment is very clean, comfortable and has everything you could need. The owner, Letizia, is very nice and she even let us leave our luggage for a whole afternoon instead of checking out at 10am. she also is very quick in responding to any questions you might have. We would definitely come back again :)
it was a bit cold when we first arrived, but it is so easily manageable with air conditioning and the apartment gets warm very quickly.

This is the second time I stayed here. (The first time was for two weeks while taking an Italian language class at a school about 5 minutes away.) Yes, it is a small apartment, but that's not uncommon in Italy, especially when you are in the “old city.” But … it's hard to beat the location and the ease of getting around - with nearby access to the bus and to a taxi stand near Piazza Navona. But mostly on foot. Walking distance to Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, Vatican, Trevi Fountain, and a bit further to the Colosseum. Number 64 and 40 bus stops nearby get you to the Termini train station inexpensively with minimal effort. Restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores just steps away (including possibly the best ice cream you will ever eat!) Add to that a wonderfully helpful host who responds quickly to questions and it's really hard to beat. There is a church 3 minutes away with Caravaggio paintings on the wall with free admission, and another just a few steps away on Piazza Navona that is simply stunning. Super easy check in and check out, too, which is really helpful. I'd stay there a third time if I ever go back.
If I had had any real issues I never would have stayed there a second time.

Mieszkanie znajduje się na poziomie -1 przez co ciężko było je wywietrzyć, czuć było wilgoć i bardzo nieprzyjemny zapach lawendowy z szafy, wysoka cena, bardzo mała powierzchnia utrudniała komfortowe funkcjonowanie tam dwóm osobom, dla niektórych mogą być uciążliwe hałasy utrzymujące się do późnych godzin nocnych dobiegające z okolicznych restauracji
