Zentrale Lage, geeignet für Kurzaufenthalte im Sommer

Dass es eine Terrasse gab. Die zentrale Lage. Die sehr gute Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Dass wir unsere Koffer vor dem offiziellen Check-In in der Unterkunft abstellen konnten. Die Einbauregale im Wohnzimmer, die typisch sind für diese Region.

Die Ausstattung ist teilweise nur eingeschränkt funktionsfähig, wie z.B. die Tür zur Terrasse oder die Kühlschranktür. Im Küchen-/Esszimmerbereich hat sich ein nicht definierbarer unangenehmer Geruch entwickelt, der ein ständiges Lüften des Appartements notwendig machte. Der Induktionsherd konnte mit immer nur einem Topf oder einer Pfanne betrieben werden. Insgesamt ist die Ausstattung der Küche eher mäßig.

Appartement très bien situé mais équipements sommaires.

La situation géographique dans un quartier animé et agréable , proche de tout .

Qualité très moyenne de la literie, aucune lampe ni lumière douce, tout est sommaire dans l'appartement, on ne sent aucun effort pour le rendre accueillant et confortable pour les hôtes . Je ne le conseille pas .

Mancavano il bue e l'asinello!

Ambiente per niente accogliente perché completamente spoglio, riscaldamento non adeguato: no split in bagno né in camera da letto, nell'armadio non c'erano coperte o altro per il freddo che c'era in appartamento. Il bagno non era stato pulito adeguatamente quindi appena arrivate non abbiamo potuto usufruirne. Avendo subito segnalato tutto quanto, chi si è occupato del check in ha anche provveduto a fornirci il necessario e a chiamare chi si occupasse della pulizia. Peccato però che il giorno dopo anche l'acqua calda si è rivelata un lusso perchè non ce n'era a sufficienza per finire una doccia: sono rimasta con lo shampoo in testa e chi alloggiava con me ha dovuto aspettare il giorno dopo per potersi lavare. Dopo un paio di gg abbiamo chiesto di andare via perché anche gli scaldini elettrici improvvisati che ci sono stati forniti non riuscivano a riscaldare l'ambiente e, non riuscendo il proprietario a darci una sistemazione alternativa, abbiamo ottenuto solo un check out dopo 3 gg complessivi di soggiorno e il rimborso per gli altri 3 non usufruiti della prenotazione. Insomma, 120,00/notte per vivere un'esperienza in "grotta" tipo corso di sopravvivenza mi sembra davvero troppo e soprattutto averci rovinato i primi 3 gg. a Valencia, lo trovo inqualificabile.
