Location is excellent. Essentials provided - towels, linen, toilet roll, fans (although some not working well), tea, coffee, sugar. Easy to get into the apartment using the code provided. The booking was straight forward and instructions on arrival/departure were clear. Spacious bedrooms with plenty of storage. Good price considering the location.

The property was very dirty, in particular the floors. Underneath the beds have not been cleaned at all - when retrieving a dropped item I found mounds of dust, underwear and other things from previous occupants. The apartment is run down and needs some maintenance and tidying up. Screws sticking out of the wall at children’s height. Sofa very uncomfortable. Bedroom pillows very flat.

Loved and hated the location, would not stay again

The location was great in terms of access to the core of tourist London. We were able to walk nearly everywhere, which was great. We found the flat to be clean and tidy. The hosts were very timely with our check in and check out instructions.

The location was also one of the worst parts of this flat, unfortunately. There's no way to control for it...it's just that there's a rather loud club very close and on Sunday night of our stay we experienced club music as well as revving cars and people yelling until about 4:30am. Thankfully the club seems to be closed midweek, so our stay Mon-Wed nights was much quieter. The other major downside is the lack of air conditioning. We visited during a heat wave and there was little to no air flow for the first 3 nights of our stay. It was nearly impossible to sleep due to the heat. The last negative was the quality of the beds. Others mentioned the mattresses were not good, and I agree. You could feel the springs through the mattress.
