Breakfast was good, decent variety

Breakfast was wrapped up 5-10 mins before time and food was not replenished properly in the last 30 mins
Lunch/dinner items were not good, especially fish items, which is very strange given the location

Tucked in a corner on the banks of the river Damodar, a 5 minute drive from 58 sluice gates, this hotel is quite a pretty one with all the amenities for a weekend get-away. The breakfast was quite elaborate, there were many choices on the menu for lunch and dinner. Ample space for kids to play around
The timings for the breakfast and lunch could be more reasonable.

The location of the property is excellent. My kids enjoyed the play areas and the swimming pool.
We noticed a few safety issues which should be addressed. There's an open drain near the receptiom area where my son fell while taking the turn. He got badly injured. For the elderly and small children, an open drain can be a risk area to walk around. Also, to access our room on the first floor, we had to climb up a steep flight of stairs which didn't have any hand rail. The stairs ended in the room and there is no barrier. We found it very risky for our toddlers. Another issue was the slow service at the restaurant. We placed order at 8pm for dinner to be served at 10pm. Even at 11pm, dinner wasn't fully served.
