Exceptional - room with lots of space, room filled with all type of items which can become handy. Very Comfortable, nice breakfast - staff very helpful, polite and respectful. Definitely would choose this Hotel if I return for another Holiday in Osaka.

Whilst the room are slightly dated they are still fantastic and extremely well maintained. Very large with an amazing bathroom. Staff are extremely helpful! Highly recommend

The location is fantastic.
The staff are not good with making recommendations for restaurants or touring. Also, the English is very limited and they are polite but not friendly. I felt like they don’t like foreigners.
