Location is in a quiet village location north of Bottesford. (Beware some sat-navs may take you elsewhere. Plenty of car parking on concrete hardstanding. Warm welcome on arrival and breakfast requirements taken before being shown room. Room was compact, but had room to use a laptop with comfort and tea/coffee making facilities. Breakfast was good and room dressing tasteful and reminiscent of mid-twentieth century country middle-class. Lounge available, but I did not use it. Will be happy to return back, if in the area.

We were welcomed and shown the property with some interesting info about the working farm. Room was smallish but very comfortable. The breakfast selection was good and freshly cooked

Had to lock bedroom door to make it close
Cobwebs hanging from the ceiling
Shower cubicle silicone not very nice
