Most of the property renovated to a high modern standard. White and bright. Heating well adjusted and sitting room electric faux fireplace fire available for extra warmth Welcome pack exceptionally good. Owner communicated in very friendly manner Excellent property for a couple
It was perfect for 2, but the single bathroom and small kitchen table could have been an issue for 4 people, especially if 2 couples rather than a family. Only one attractive walk from the house or immediate area - to the nice beach. A 12 minute drive to Stornoway - fairly near but another time I’d aim to be a bit nearer the routes to other places Single bed mattress a bit unforgiving but not bad.

Immaculate and stylish interior design. Spacious, fantastic views, peaceful and we loved the welcome box. We loved our stay, it was a true sanctuary and sad to leave.
Only a small thing but a larger double bed would have been better for us

It was much bigger than we expected. Great location 3 minutes drive from the beach. The cottage was spotlessly clean and had some extras like teabags, coffee, extra towels. The host had left a wonderful welcome pack with bottle of wine, biscuits, cakes and more - what a fantastic welcome to an excellent cottage.
