Good location for day trips and it was nice being on the water. The unit was cleaned nicely.
The seats of both the sofa and chair on the living room were stained and the armrest on the sofa was actually dirty. Also, the sofa had no cushion support and was uncomfortable to sit on. You keep tipping to the center of the sofa while sitting. Both mattresses were worn out. The unit needs a new sofa and new mattresses in order to make it comfortable for guests.
