The property is very big so you can mix or have quiet moments. The facilities are perfect and the pool lovely with lots of sun loungers and inflatables. It is situated on main but quietish road with the beach, bars, restaurants and shops around 10 mins walk.
The property is 2 separate apartments with the stairs outside - not a problem unless it rains.

The location of the villa is great - a short walk into town 10/15 minutes. Easily do-able with children too as path is great and a cut through to the market car park. Parking at the villa is also good for multiple cars. The outdoor area is nice, lots of seating options. Kitchen had everything you need for a large group and included a good dishwasher.
There was very limited hot water considering it is a large villa with 4 bathrooms, majority of the time only to first 1 or 2 people to shower would get hot water. This was very disapointing and not very enjoyable.
Beds were quite uncomfortable and bedroom furniture very basic. Several rooms had no dresssing table area and not even a mirror.
The pool was the biggest disapointment. It turned everything green - swimsuits, floats, childrens skin!! We did raise with the host and they came to try and fix the issue but the problem only went away for a day and was back again. It put us off going in the pool, which is not ideal in late July! plus trying to scrub childrens skin in cold water showers didn't help!
