Great location, authentic historic Italian building, a real Italian experience. Two modern tvs with Netflix, comfortable sofa and bed, full kitchen, some good books to read.
It’s an old building so the floors creak a little but it’s just its character, I wouldn’t say it’s a dislike.

We loved the location of the apartment. The apartment had a stylish and warm feeling to it. Having washing machine was very handy.
Perhaps there could be milk and some fruit for breakfast. .

המיקום בשכונת טרסטברה המהממת .
המון מסעדות באיזור , מרחק כביש מאיזור התיירות.
דירה רחבה ונעימה . רוב הזמן שקטה .
מטבח מצויד, מים חמים במקלחת סלון מרווח וחדר שינה נפרד . בעלי הדירה השאירו לנו יין וסודה וזה היה ממש נחמד .
שימו לב שאין מעלית .
ארוחת הבוקר היא בעצם צנימים שבעלי הדירה השאירו במקום, נוטלה וריבה . זה נחמד אבל לא יותר מזה . יאמר לזכותם שהם שאלו אם להביא לנו משהו נוסף .
חדר השינה לא מאוד גדול , כך שהגישה למיטה היא רק מצד אחד

Lage ist ok, Frühstück Marmelade und Kekse. Kaffee war allerdings da.

Das ist irgendwie irreführend:
Balkon ja: 1 qm, kein Stuhl nichts, Blick in Hinterhof und der Clou: neben der Toilette geht man 2 Stufen hoch auf das, was sich Balkon nennt. Also man sollte es eben wissen, man kann nicht chillen und wenn jemand im Bad ist, ist eben der Balkon mitbelegt.
Für 2 war es ok, für 4 würde ich sagen: zu klein und eng.
Einrichtung: sollte man wissen: das Haus ist alt und krumm und schief, d.h. hier passt kein Möbel irgendwie ordentlich hinein, alles IKEA, aber praktisch und ok
nicht gefallen nichts, manches finde ich verbesserungswürdig, ist aber bei Lage und Preis ok.
