Large property, sleeps around 14 (4 children). Close to resort amenities and around 30-40 mins from the parks. Great games room. The rental team were very receptive and helpful.
Main living area not nearly big enough for 14 people. The pleather suite only sits around 4-5 people max. The whole area looks grubby. Rugs need cleaned and more seating is required. I don’t know why there are 2 dining tables?? Needs a rethink. Don’t choose the master suite if you plan to try and get to sleep while other people are still up. It’s directly off the living room and there’s a big gap under the door. The resort facilities were really busy and LOUD. Waited an hour for food and it was mediocre at best. Also, no pool towels provided, never seen that before and I’ve had many villas. All in all, just ok. The pictures are a bit deceiving, the cinema is just a hall with pleather uncomfortable seats, quite disappointing. I’ve had much better villas for less money I’m afraid. Still giving a good score due to renters.

The location was great. The pool and waterpark were great. The decor and themes in 3 of the bedrooms were great. The game room was great.
The beds were very UNCOMFORTABLE. Check out time is too early. 10 am is a very early check out time especially when check in is not until 4pm.

I liked almost everything about the property. It was clean and it was nice.
What I didn’t like about the property was the beds was uncomfortable on the second floor and it was very hot on the second floor of the house at night time you don’t need a blanket because you sweat. The grill caught on fire and I had to pay $75 to use it one time a waste of money and they refuse to call me back so I don’t recommend you to buy the grill.

Close to the clubhouse. And the house pool was in good condition
Couldn’t sleep on the downstairs bed if you tried to sleep in the center of it you would end up at the side of the mattress because it mounds up in the center it needs to be replaced. And the pool table top is in very poor condition making it hard to play a decent game of pool. The fridge in the kitchen had broken doors. The front room couch is uncomfortable because it’s hard to lay on it or sit because it is very short seating they need to put a bigger couch in there. And be careful when cooking on the stove because the pans can easily slide off the top while cooking.
