Pool and size of the house were great
Games room pool table leg was broken on arrival and air hockey didn’t work

The location of the property is great, good access to the 192 and I4.
The beds in both the up and downstairs master bedrooms very comfy, and Leandro was responsive to issues raised.
The property does need some TLC, some of the furniture in bedrooms and the pool are in need of upgrading due to declining state of repair. The house does have a lot of potential to be a luxury villa - with an upgrade. It depends what you’re looking for in a villa. If you want somewhere comfy with a pool, near parks, and not bothered about the added finish many properties have, it will work for you.
The downstairs and pool area would be a stretch if at maximum capacity, and 1 wine glass and 4 flutes is not adequate for size of property!
