Breakfast is great. Coffee available early. Very friendly staff! Left my phone when I checked out, was reached very quickly in order to for me to return & collect it before I left the city. I'm grateful for that speedy recovery!
Wet, dirty towel found in the armoire and short of towels. Changed rooms, received clean towels...all good.

Me gustó mucho la predisposición del personal del hotel para resolver todas nuestras inquietudes y solicitudes. Siempre estuvieron pendientes de nuestros horarios de llegada, nos ayudaron con el desayuno más temprano que la hora normal, y siempre fueron muy gentiles en darnos sugerencias de lugares para salir a comer o visitar.

Comfortable Queen-sized bed, with enough blankets to keep you warm. Hot showers. Welcoming staff. Good but simple breakfast. Super walkable to tourist sites, restaurants, banks, shopping, markets, and parks.
Internet was spotty in our room at the back of the hotel, but strong in the seating area outside our room.
