I love how comfortable this apt is and I know you will too.This newly decorated 1800 sq ft condo is located in this key colony beachfront key Biscayne complex with private beach ,2pools,BBQs ,Tennis courts, gym, spa, beauty salon pool restaurant, convenience store and children’s playa area .The condos Is very comfortable with the best mattress, Cable TV s throughout the apt ,small and large appliances as well as a washer/dryer
The master bedroom has a two washing machines and two dryers as well as a .large king size mattress, and extra day bed that can be moved before arrival to another room.
Bedroom 2 has two full size beds ,a TV and a
Bedroom 3 has a full size single beds
All the amenities are of the highest quality in the apt .If there is anything you feel is not supplied,I will be happy to send it to you at no charge same day Amazon ..Perfect for families, or couples ..I strive to make this a very comfortable apt as possible with luxury sheets ,and Duvet comforters.
You can send packages directly to the door of the apt ..I love this as you can order same day service for food or anything else you need or forget.
The apt has two large Terrazas with patio and is in a complex on the beach with patio furniture .
Starbucks is right across the street as well as lots of restaurants ,boutiques ,a medical center. And all banks .
There is bicycle rental as well as a state park in key biscayne.
The key colony beach has beach chairs and umbrellas and it Is ten minute walk from the apt to the beach .
The apt also has beach chairs that you can take to the beach
There is a Winn Dixie supermarket within a 15 minute walk or a 5 minute car ride .You can rent a golf cart or car that they will bring directly to the condo .The condo has a designated space to park your car .I know you will love this condo as much as I do.

Great condo with plenty of space. Very comfortable place to land for the week. Close to restaurants and other amenities. Very easy to get into and out of. Would stay again.

Easy check in, lovely apartment! It was well equipped with everything we needed for a nice stay. It was a little chilly in the unprecedented cold snap - without heat but we managed. The host offered space heaters but we were fine. We have stayed here many times and always look forward to it.

We stayed at this lovely, clean, comfortable and well appointed condo in Key Colony the first week in February. The beds were great, location and amenities can’t be beat. Our host, Sheryl was very accommodating and helpful. We had such fun I have booked the condo again for the same time next year. We have stayed in other condos in Key Colony in years past but this On my way! Is the best!

We had a great mini vacay while visiting our UMiami student. Had everything we needed and was also a great getaway. Owner very and listing is accurate.
