The living room includes a real leather sofa, accent chair, Smart TV mounted above a cozy electric fireplace, & sliding glass doors leading to your very own waterfront deck…complete with bar seating + bbq & our favorite spot to enjoy a cup of coffee & beautiful sunrises. Off the living room is a gourmet chef's kitchen with a large island that has bar seating, granite counters, stainless steel Viking appliances, cabinets galore, travertine flooring, & soaring high ceilings. A small set of stairs leads to an upper level that houses the primary suite- a private space separated from the living room & second bedroom. A separate small set of stairs leads you to the lower level second bedroom as well. We had a wonderful time. The property is well located and more than large enough for our family. We enjoyed the area, the proximity to the ocean and the amazing sunrises. It’s not possibly your take more than one shower at a time however and we kept having issues with the code for the front door. We would have appreciated a garage door opener as well. Property managers were nice and responsive. We recommend this rental! Thanks

Absolutely delightful vacation, from Surf Style hosts making checkin and checkout easy to the beautiful unit with amazing views to the location right on the relaxing bay. We couldn't have asked for more!!

Such a beautiful home! Plenty of space for our group of 6, views galore, ideally located walking distance to restaurants (& right next to Catamaran Resort), clean, & of course we loved being right on the calm bay with our young children. We plan to return again Spring Break 2024, well done Surf Style!

The location was perfect and the condo would have been much more enjoyable if we would have had enough hot water for the four of use to take showers. In addition, the rules regarding the use of the A/C in the condo were less than reasonable. It was too hot downstairs and sometimes too warm in the main living area because we were not supposed to set the thermostat below 72 degrees without the possibility of having to pay additional money in the unlikely scenario that the A/C unit would have broken down. My wife attempted to reach the property management company twice and did not hear back from them at all. We were very dissatisfied with the lack of communication

The condo is right on the bay. The front of the condo is all windows......what a view. The path is right out your front door. There is a 2 car garage so parking isn't a problem.

We stayed here with my family for 5 nights and loved every second of it. It was super clean, great views and great location. The only downside is the amount of tile stairs, we have a 3-year old so I kept worrying he would fall down them. Other than that - house is perfect!

Our family enjoyed our stay, this was our first time staying on the "Bayside" at Mission and loved the views from the deck and the easy walking distance to restaurants and the beach. The home had plenty of room for us and our teenage children to spread out with plenty of beds, three showers and a garage that fit two vehicles and our bikes. Normally, this side is a little more quiet but on the 4th holiday weekend there were several large parties on the beach and in the water. When we were done people and firework watching it was easy to close up the sliding doors and reduce the outside noise.
