You will be located right on the beach and within walking distance of local area shopping and dining. Some amazing must-visit attractions include Ripley's Believe It Or Not!, WonderWorks Panama City Beach, Pirate’s Island Adventure Golf, M.B. Miller County Pier, Zooworld Zoological Park, Todd Herendeen Theatre, Sea Screamer, and St. Andrews State Park. This delightful home away from home offers fantastic outdoor living with a huge balcony, which looks more like a beachfront patio, with impressive views of the beach, the ocean, and the community pool. The balcony enjoys an outdoor dining area and inviting loungers where you can unwind, read a favorite book, take midday naps, and simply relax. Inside, this air-conditioned condo enjoys a welcoming living room with a TV with cable and a DVD player, a gorgeous dining table, and a well-equipped kitchen complete with all stainless steel appliances to cook your hometown favorites! Coffee enthusiasts will be happy to know there are not one, but two coffee makers available. The condo has two Gulf-front main bedrooms and each bedroom has a TV and a DVD player for added entertainment and convenience. Additional perks include a washer/dryer on-site. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 3. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. This condo was amazing! The property was very clean and larger than the pictures made it seem. There was more than enough room for our group of 8 (4 adults and 4 children). It is clear the owners care a lot about the property and making it comfortable for their guests. The location was perfect. Being on the 3rd floor was high enough to be over trees and still see the gulf and sunset, but low enough to easily take the stairs, making getting to the beach and pool very easy. The host was very quick to respond to questions leading up to our stay, and explained everything very clearly. We would definitely look to stay at this property again if we go to Panama City Beach in the future!
