Situated in Miramar Beach, this attractive house for $2,504 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Welcome to 336 South Holiday Road, Miramar Beach! This is the ultimate 10 bedroom, 10 bathroom beach house! Our brand new ultra-luxurious vacation home in Miramar Beach is located one block from the white sand beaches and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. All the magic of Miramar Beach is right here…. a short walk to the sand and waves, convenient to outlet and boutique shopping, charter fishing, local restaurants, a nearby water park, and water sports of all sorts. This extraordinary retreat is professionally designed with the latest in modern conveniences, designed with stunning coastal interiors, and sleeps up to 24 guests. Spanning three floors and over 5100 square feet, the home offers ten bedrooms, ten bathrooms and ample room for entertaining including an impressive sparkling blue swimming pool and hot tub. In addition, guests may enjoy the rooftop observation deck with panoramic views of the Emerald Coast, a private garage and an outdoor kitchen with generous lounge space. There is a fully stocked chef's kitchen featuring the latest appliances, a grand island with seating and a walk-in pantry. For your convenience, there are two spacious laundry rooms. The home is equipped with SmartTV’s and wifi. First Level: • Outdoor parking for four vehicles, garage parking for one • Entertaining space with stylish sofa seating, a wet bar and round table seating for six • Sliding glass doors open to a fully furnished poolside patio and outdoor kitchen • Private resort-style tropical pool, hot tub and patio lounge seating • Two king suites, two full bathrooms • A bunk room (4 twin beds) • Half bathroom Second Level: • Open concept living area features plush seating • Fully stocked chef’s kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances, a walk-in pantry, sleek quartz countertops and an oversize island • Farm table seating for ten, island bar seating for six • Floor to ceiling glass doors leading to a furnished balcony that overlooks the resort-style swimming pool and hot tub • Powder room bath steps from the living area • Two king suites, two full bathrooms • A bunk room (4 twin beds) Third Level: • Lounge area with cushy seating • Four king suites, four full bathrooms • Laundry room • Front and back balconies with outdoor seating • A spiral stairway leads from the balcony to a rooftop observation deck that offers panoramic views of the Emerald Coast Fourth Level: The observation deck is accessed by spiral staircase from the third floor balcony. Treat your group to a memorable beach experience at 336 S. Holiday Road in Miramar Beach. We look forward to hosting you! ***If you wish to have the POOL or HOT TUB HEATED, we must know 3 days prior to arrival and will charge the credit card on file. Hot tub only $35/night and for Pool + Hot tub $60/night. CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking. NOTE: The total reservation cost includes the nightly rate, clean fee, damage waiver, transportation fee (for select properties), processing fee and tax. By requesting a quote for this property, you agree to be added to our email subscription list.
