Cutting-edge modern comfort meets Golden Age allure at this renovated condo in the historic Palm Beach Hotel. Located in the heart of the coastal playground of Palm Beach, you'll be within walking distance of famed Florida beaches, couture boutiques, renowned restaurants, and historic landmarks harkening back to the town's glitzy past. For a dose of the area's rich arts and culture, take a stroll along Worth Avenue to see the galleries, go to the Flagler Museum, or visit the Norton Sculpture Gardens. Whether you're lounging on the breezy veranda or laying out by the courtyard pool, there's plenty of opportunity for on-site relaxation back at the hotel. This recently renovated condo offers a private slice of paradise complete with a full kitchen and TVs in the living room and each bedroom. Each bedroom also features a custom storage closet. A common-area closet comes stocked with convenient beachgoing items including towels, umbrellas, and chairs. Shared laundry facilities are located on-site. Things to Know The hotel is currently undergoing renovations. Windows are being replaced and the hallways are being remodeled. This project is slated to last until February 2024, but it may persist longer. During construction periods, there will be audible noise and scaffolding around the property. Access to some hotel amenities may be affected. Streaming services available with guests’ own account(s). Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Parking notes: No parking available. This rental is located on floor 2. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
