This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom villa sleeps up to 5 guests along the Royal Turks & Caicos Golf Club, just a 5-minute drive from Grace Bay Beach. The private pool and golf course views make it easy to enjoy both adventure and downtime without leaving the property.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms
Both bedrooms are upstairs, each with its own full bathroom. The primary bedroom has a king bed, and the second bedroom offers a queen. Air conditioning and ceiling fans keep things comfortable, and a rollaway bed is provided for a fifth guest. A Pack 'n Play/travel crib is available upon request for an additional fee.
Living, Dining & Kitchen
The living area has comfortable seating, a Smart TV with cable, and a Sonos sound system for movie nights or background music. The full kitchen comes with a dishwasher, stainless steel appliances, a Keurig, and a large island that doubles as a breakfast bar or dedicated workspace. Step outside to the shaded dining table for meals with a view.

Getting Around:
The property is approximately 12 km or 7 mi from the Providenciales International Airport (PLS). A rental car is recommended, and there is parking space at the property.
Other Things to Note:
Guests must climb stairs inside the villa.
There is no daily housekeeping, but a mid-stay cleaning can be arranged with prior notice for a fee.
Please note at the end of your arrangements, the premises should be left in the same condition in which they were found. In case of loss, or damage, added costs will apply.
Guests will need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation and/or upon arrival.
There is a Ring doorbell camera installed at the property’s entrance for security purposes.
Turks and Caicos is going through a decrease in the water supply. This means that the water pressure can sometimes be affected when the reservoir levels are low. Water shortages can happen throughout the day.
HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- Smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) or using any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated.
- Quiet hours are from 11 pm to 7 am Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or during their stay.
- Pets are not allowed in the property. If you are travelling with an animal make sure that you comply with the TCI Government regulations to enter the island (Including service or emotional support animals).

It was simple and nice to be in that space. It was the perfect place for the relaxation I was looking for. This is a place I'll certainly book again and refer others to as well. I trust that other users the the value in your place and treat it respectfully.

The host was great! Had trouble getting in and the response was quick. Place is clean and not that far from beach. Overall great stay.

The unit was not exactly as the pictures showed. Though it was of recent construction, the lack of maintenance was evident. Toilet paper/towel fixtures/sink drain plugs broken, master bathroom sink did not drain, master shower had no water pressure, 2/3 toilets plugged and needed plunging, a/c unit in second bedroom was extremely noisy and even when we asked to have someone look at it, no one came. The screen sliding doors did not work well- most we could not open at all. Overall effects of corrosion were seen: peeling paint on the oven door, door handles/fixtures etc. Pool maintenance guy did not come until the 3rd day. The unit was stocked well in terms of kitchen gadgets/dishes etc, but overall unit was 3 star at best.
