Guests must climb stairs inside the villa.
There is no daily housekeeping, but a mid-stay cleaning can be arranged with prior notice for a fee.
Please note at the end of your arrangements, the premises should be left in the same condition in which they were found. In case of loss, or damage, added costs will apply.
Guests will need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation and/or upon arrival.
There is a Ring doorbell camera installed at the property’s entrance for security purposes.
Turks and Caicos is going through a decrease in the water supply. This means that the water pressure can sometimes be affected when the reservoir levels are low. Water shortages can happen throughout the day.
HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- Smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) or using any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated.
- Quiet hours are from 11 pm to 7 am Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or during their stay.
- Pets are not allowed in the property. If you are travelling with an animal make sure that you comply with the TCI Government regulations to enter the island (Including service or emotional support animals).

Stayed for 9 nights end of March. Communication with the host was excellent and quick responses. Check-in and directions were exactly as provided. Unit was properly cleaned. Pictures are accurate. Only suggestion to make it better would be the unit could use a bit of maintenance and TLC. Very minor but we came across a cupboard that won't close because the hinge was broken, the toilet paper holder fell apart when you changed the roll, a previous guest must have torn off the towel hooks in the bathroom. However, these things did not affect our stay. Had a wonderful time here and would stay in this villa again.

Good condition overall but you can see that some repairs are required overall (walls holes, curtains falling, pool with traces of use which seem dirty). Strong smell of humidity when we first entered the villa.

This was the perfect villa! It was clean and comfortable! The private pool was a plus. There’s a beautiful view of a golf course when looking off the balcony! This villa helped me relax after having a fun day in Turks. I will be staying here again. The host was extremely helpful with our needs.
