We highly recommend this property. Not only is the house beautiful, but the owner and realty company were very nice, and accommodating. We only needed a couple of things, and they were on it right away. We were a party of 6, and found that we all plenty of privacy due to the layout of the home. All of the rooms are spread out, with lots of different spots to hang out. Our family met in the middle in the dining room, it was the heart of the home for us. The kitchen has everything you’d need to cook great meals, the beds are very comfortable, all rooms have quiet AC units, the backyard is huge with lots of space for games/frisbee, and the location is amazing right near great restaurants and shops to walk to. The stairs are steep to the upstairs bedrooms, so keep that in mind while planning who sleeps where. There’s a huge master and a single daybed downstairs. It all worked perfectly for us. It’s beautiful, private, and has lots of nature to take in. We saw rabbits, chipmunks, lots of birds, and fireflies. And, make sure to enjoy the outdoor shower if you can! We will definitely go back again in the future, this house is a gem…thanks again for having us! And thanks for being so accommodating! A

Amazing location, near to bayside beaches and walking distance to restaurants and shops.
House is spacious with nice outdoor patio and fenced in yard.
A few updates need to be made. The door handle to the patio from the master bedroom kept falling off. The upstairs bathroom closet door falls off completely which is extremely unsafe. Stairs to upstairs are very steep. Also there was very little soap or essentials such as trash bags, so we needed up to buy more.

Pros - nice big backyard, easy walk into town and beach, comfortable common areas, porch and large primary bedroom.
Cons - bathrooms are small and located on first floor only - no bathroom for upstairs bedrooms, very narrow, steep stairway to bedrooms, small bedroom with window air conditioner blowing directly at headboard.
