Note: - No gatherings or parties allowed (strictly enforced) - The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety. - Smart TVs with streaming capabilities (no local channels or cable). - NO PETS - Down alternative pillows and comforters Guest Access: Guests will have access to the entire home, except a couple closets that are reserved for owner's storage.
