About this lodge
Come stay in this newly remodeled house that still retains its rustic charm! It is only a mile off I-90 and close to Presque Isle State Park, all other Erie attractions, Walnut creek boat launch, great restaurants, and some of the best year around fishing in the world! While here you can just relax and enjoy the peace and quiet on this 8 acre property. The house has 5 bedrooms, 2 full baths, large living room/dining room, a sitting room, large screened in front porch (with large picnic table and chairs) and a large back porch. There is a roku tv in the living room with streaming capabilities and high speed wifi provided but no cable tv. The house has central air conditioning and a full kitchen with all the cook ware you should need. There .is an outside fire pit, outdoor picnic table, large back yard, trails through the woods and along Crooked Creek.. However there is no fishing allowed on the property without hiring a guide through the property owner. This is strictly enforced! There is also a secondary drive that can be used to park a boat and outside water and electric to wash and charge your boat after a day of fishing on the lake. Come and enjoy this unique property!

Kitchen was simple and clean, everything we needed. The rooms were cozy and the beds were firm but comfy. The stairs were tricky for our little ones (slippery with socks) but most of the rooms were downstairs so we could avoid them.

Love this place, very private, beautiful backyard, host very nice, well stocked kitchen, planning to go back again.
