Always a great weekend here for swimming districts

Close to Spire Institute- provided breakfast - close to nearby restaurants

It was fine, some little things would have made it excellent otherwise.

The breakfast was good, hours were accommodating. The staff was helpful and nice.

The rooms don’t keep much sound out, there are no curtains to black out during the day, the blinds are nice but let in all the light. Our bathroom was not cleaned well, upon arrival there were long hairs on the shower wall.

New, clean hotel. Great location. Spacious, modern king room. Included breakfast above average.

Brand new, clean, just off the thruway, convenient grocery store and gas stations right near by. Breakfast above average for typical inclusive breakfast. Room clean and spacious. Pool and workout areas above average for price range.

This was a fun getaway trip and this hotel serves that purpose.

Liked the free breakfast. Bed was really comfortable. Had a lounge chair that was nice. Right by a good number of fast food places and gas. Plus a grocery store in case you forgot anything. Also very close to the highway.

That the pool is saltwater. And is also kind of small.

Very disappointed with Holiday Inn Express in Painesville

I am a member; points were not given for this stay and when I checked in the room given had not been cleaned. Manager on duty very rude and I tried to explain to him, that I called the hotel directly several times and never got anyone on the phone. I had originally reserved 3 rooms and had to cancel 2 online because family from Illinois missed their train and could not come. So my name was not on the room reserved. It was reserved under Veronica Porras. My room was actually cancelled but since I couldn't reach anyone I thought it would be straightened out at the hotel in person. Regardless of all of that the room we reserved had not been cleaned and we were given another room with the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in.

It took a while to get me checked in. A couple of lights didn't work in the room, but, I didn't bother asking them to fix it.
