But I’ll take a refund on the unopened bottle of cosmopolitan from the Market that I left I the fridge if you’d see fit ♥️

The building is amazing, and the location to the entertainment district is fantastic, you can literally walk across the street and into the building without having to deal with the usual downtown element problems I would definitely stay here again
Tables in the room look very dirty, but it turns out the just very stain with stuff people have spilled on them bc the marble was never seal with a sealant when installed , it really brings down the look of such an amazing place, plus housekeeping needs to do a better job with cleaning the showers having mold growing in the grout is not a good look for such a amazing building and the price i paid for the room

It was close to the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame
It seems that “the Arcade” was once very opulent and beautiful but is almost completely empty now

The location was ideal for our planned activities and the rates were decent.
I asked 2x for coffee cream in the room and never received it.
