Great location!
Tried to check in at 5p.m. Waited in a very long line to be told that our room wasn't ready. The employee took our number and promised to call when the room was ready. Never got a call. Went back at 9 p.m. and had to wait 10 minutes for an employee to even show up at the desk. Finality got to check in. Horrible service. There were 2 other employees that walked by and wouldn't even acknowledge us. Bery disappointed. We stayed here in June and had no problems.

Great location and nice sized, clean room. Staff was very friendly and helpful, even letting us check in a little early.
There’s no fan in the bathroom, which I’ve never seen before in a hotel, but that minor thing was the only negative.

The property is very close to both baseball field and rocket arena..
The valet was very unorganized- waited a very long time for someone to help us, even after being checked in. Also the pull out couch had blood stains in the mattress(could use a new one)
