Denia

La ubicación y comodidad en general.

La lavadora no funciono y la cafetera tampoco, después de hablar con el dueño me dijo que lo arreglaría desde el segundo día y después de trece días sigo esperando, con tres lavadoras de pago tuve que solucionarlo, la cocina es portátil y no tiene campana extractora.

NO lo recomiendo-PROBLEMAS CON EL AIRE ACONDICIONADO.

!!!!!durante la estancia de dos semanas hubo un PROBLEMA CON EL AIRE ACONDICIONADO comenzó a gotear EL BAñO, comenzó a la segunda semana de la estadía (sábado por la noche), llamamos a emergencia y la persona que nos respondió desde Barcelona en ingles solo nos dijo que nos iban a enviar un técnico. Al otro día llamamos(domingo) y que solo nos quedaba esperar,(que tenia registrado nuestra llamada y reclamo). NO ENCENDIMOS EL AIRE ACONDICIONADO YA QUE PERDIA AGUA dEL TECHO DEL BANO. (ola de calor sin ventilador ni aire) Llamamos el lunes que le seguía y nos habían dicho que controlemos , no encendimos el aire y decidimos irnos dos dias antes de nuestra estadía ya que no se podía estar del calor que hacia. ACLARO QUE LA CASA TAMPOCO TIENE UN VENTILADOR DE TECHO NI VENTILADOR MOVIBLE.

Decepcionante, nula atención, sucia.

La piscina, la cercanía a una playa agradable.

Durante nuestra estancia en el apartamento tuvimos varias incidencias relacionadas con la limpieza y la gestión del alojamiento. Al llegar, solo había dos juegos de toallas para tres huéspedes y la única solución ofrecida fue desplazarnos hasta la oficina para recogerlas, situada a gran distancia del apartamento. Además, no se nos informó con antelación de que también tendríamos que devolver allí las llaves al finalizar la estancia. La incidencia más grave fue que el sofá cama tenía las sábanas sin cambiar y presentaba restos de suciedad, comida, pelos y juguetes, por lo que tuvimos que buscar y colocar otras sábanas para poder dormir. Posteriormente comprobamos que bajo el sofá había aún más suciedad acumulada y que ni siquiera había ropa de cama preparada para esa cama. También detectamos una deficiente limpieza en la cocina, con utensilios aparentemente sucios y presencia de hormigas o insectos en un cajón. Al comunicar todas estas incidencias, la respuesta recibida fue insuficiente, sin disculpas ni una solución adecuada. Consideramos que el apartamento no reunía las condiciones de limpieza e higiene esperables y que la gestión de las incidencias fue inadecuada. Solicitamos que se revisen los protocolos de limpieza y atención al cliente y que se valore una compensación por los inconvenientes sufridos. Adjuntamos fotografías como prueba de lo ocurrido.

PESIMA GESTION Y CONDICIONES DE ENTRADA

La zona de piscina y jardín están muy bien para familias con niños.

Las pésimas condiciones y el servicio prestado por la agencia (Interhome) que gestiona el piso. He tenido que hacer 45 minutos ida y vuelta en coche para recoger las llaves en la innmobiliaria, tal detalle debería ser mencionado en la descripción, ya que en general cuando se recogen las llaves, es siempre muy cercano al domicilio. Adicionalmente, ponía entrada de 16 a 19, hemos acordado que entraba a las 16 (aún habiendo llegado dos horas antes, pero no podían ofrecer early check-in) una vez recogidas las llaves al llegar al piso, recién estaban empezando a limpiarlo, el personal de limpieza (muy amable) nos dejó pasar a dejar las maletas en la habitación y esperaríamos en la zona de piscina. Unos minutos mas tarde su supervisora irrumpió en la habitación gritándonos que qué hacíamos allí con un maltrato y falta de respeto pocas veces vistos. Al reclamar a la agencia nos dicen que la entrada es de 16 a 19 pero que ese horario es para ellos, es decir tienen hasta las 19 para limpiar, una ridiculez que tampoco está especificada en el anuncio. Mucha atención con esa agencia, lo han gestionado fatal y no se han hecho cargo de nada. No lo recomiendo para nada!
